We are thrilled to collaborate with Woods Bagot, Hecker Guthrie and DealCorp to play a part in bringing The Standard’s first Australian hotel to life. Located on Rose Street in Fitzroy, the facade pays homage to the suburb’s industrial roots and creative community. The interiors will honour The Standard’s signature delivery of boutique luxury which captures the unique charm of whichever city it calls home.

A double-story residence including a basement, pool, and tennis court. Featuring upscale finishes and an elegant design profile, this project is luxury personified.
